the pressure of the water was very weak and no hot water. When I asked why there is no hot water, they told me that I need to pay extra for the hot water. Usually if there is a shower so hot water is a must. There was written that it's mountain view - yes after many house you can see a mountain in the horizon.

Hi, Thanks for getting our attention regarding the water pressure, certainly we will endeavor to resolve this matter asap. As with the hot water, its not included on room inclusion, but if guest require, we charge a very minimal amount for the use.
