The property is clean and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but if you know Spanish it helps even more for smoother communication. I wish we could stay for longer. The villa was big and had washer, dryer and other utensils. They also have a private pool, would definitely recommend this place to more people. It’s also convenient to go to many places from here. Only one thing was - wish they had more restaurants and included breakfast in the package. Overall it was great!

I wrote the property on the first day and still never received a response. Was told upon check in that I had to pay electricity separately, all items (plates, cups, forks, knives, pots, pans, etc) in the kitchen were dirty (I took pics), cockroaches in the apt and bed, ants all over the bathroom and kitchen, smashed mosquitos (multiple) on the ceiling (I took pics). Electricity went out at least 3x a day including the hot water while showering. I would never stay here again especially when there are much better places like Viva or Emotions in the same complex that never have these issues. The woman at check in was rude and the one at check out just asked why I didn’t notify them and when I told her I did and no one responded, she said I wrote the wrong number which was the only number provided to me. The overall attitude was “oh well”. We left and went to Emotions

Upon arrival I was asked to pay additional fees for cleaning the apartment/villa when Expedia had already charged many extra fees and charges. I was thinking of investing in this complex but this experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Promoters need to be clear of all the costs at the time of the reservation.
