This hotel was a wonderfull expierence it has a lot of places to visit like for example the pool, the beach and more.

We had a terrible experience beginning with the assigned room, first the shower made a mess spilling water all over the bathroom, then we’d been changed to a second room where the AC didn’t work more than a regular fan, we were changed to other room again. Well the issues continued with the shower, next door guest yelling that you can hear in your room, for the last night our bathroom experienced a ceiling filtration and the bathroom was flooded. We also experienced lot of cockroaches . The drinks are poor in quality also the food and limited menu in the buffet. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but this property needs improvement quickly or should be closed due to the low quality in all areas.

Not sure if it was due to rain, but resort was mostly deserted.

For me the property was acceptable I was pleased for the money that I paid for it

Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación dos veces En verdad ese hotel no está en condiciones Las habitaciones tienen mucha humedad Los techos en muy mal estado , no llega el internet a la habitación, tuve que espera de un día para otro para cambiar de habitación y después por la misma himdad cambiarme a otra . Fue horrible en verdad , la comida el buffet lo que vi es lo mismo , el restaurante un calor terrible sin ventilación . Yo en particular no lo recomiendo

tenia mas de 20 anos sin ir a puerto plata y pense que como escuchaba se habia recuperado pero realmente mi experiencia en relacion al hotel playa show y habitacion fue buena pero no puedo decir lo mismo de la comida podrian tener mas variedad de carnes ya que nadie sale a comer spaguetis de su casa la piscina se ve bien pero no se porque no tiene ni una sombra en ningun sitio y de verdad que con el sol que hace y el calor actul es xasi imposible disfrutarla no todos somos extranjeros que queremos achichararnos, el staff se ve desanimado y poco entusiamo se siente no se si es por las condiciones de como trabajan o que sera me encantaba puerto plata pero para pagar 250 dollares la noche definitivamente pago un poco mas en punta cana
