My room was excellent it was the swim out room had hot water which was perfect. I have no complains. Buffet and restaurant was good. Staff was polite and attentive to my needs and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again

Overall service outstanding. Like the hotel. To improvement needs to review their maintenance department responsiveness. Needs to fix air conditioners in Coffee Shop. In our room found leaks from the ceiling, the closet couldn’t be used.

Where do I start. The property looks run down thou the reception area was nice enough. But our room was horrible the shower was broken and clogged, and the water came out to wet the whole bathroom floor so much so that we ended up using a towel. There was no door to the actual bathroom just on the stalls so the smell of whoever was in the bathroom came out to the room. We were 3. Then we try to make a reservation at one of the restaurantes and we are told that there are 3 but because of a holiday and low occupancy there was only 1 open, and it was completely booked. The food at the buffet was not adequate so we went elsewhere to eat. And to put the cherry on top my niece had to purchase a pina-colada (which i have never had to do in ANY other all inclusive hotel, and I have been to many many of them) there was an issue with and that the receipt didn't print so they take her card for like 20 minutes and disappear with it and when they finally came back they charged her twice. We were there only 1 night and 2 days later we are still waiting for the re-imbursement. Don't waste your money it was a total let down and a dive the only thing good was the beautiful beach.

Young man at the reception, his name is (Manacé) was very unpleasant. He didn’t show any joy or enthusiasm to receiving tourists. All of the opposite, his face was angry and uncomfortable. Most of the stuff except for him was very pleasant and showed great customer service skills.
