Loved the place! It was clean. Staff were friendly and responsive. It’s a great place to get away from the big city and fast life.

We love the resort however, our unit had several hiccups; the toilet chain was rusted and barely flushed & eventually broke, the shower was extremely hard to turn on/off it’s so old, bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, the reverse osmosis water faucet wasn’t even hooked up so it “looked” like you had purified water when it isn’t.
The pool areas are incredible with very friendly service but we noticed that “no coolers” is one of the rules yet we saw several coolers being used with outside beverage/food being consumed. When asked, the pool servers said that owners can use coolers but guests don’t have that benefit & must purchase all food & beverages. Doesn’t seem fair that special privileges are given to some but not others when we are all paying a pretty penny to stay at the same place.
