Nice resort

I could live here year round.
Posted 9 Nov 2017 on Hotelsabeautifal apartment and grounds. Very spacious. Note there is no housekeeping in the whole week even though the add said there was. So we bought our oun toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap. We washed our own towels. Ice Maker didn’t work? View of the pool and ocean was great.

Great clean unit with all the amenities.
Posted 31 Oct 2017 on HotelsGreat rental. Very big and spacious. Our property was managed by the Castaways Properties business. We had to go to see them first for keys and give an additional $200 deposits. Then we had to check in at Bella Sirena and go to through their check in process. A lot of hoopla but they are trying to make it as safe as possible. Our unit had everything we need and was very clean. Water pressures are lackluster in ALL of Mexico but that was was expected.

Posted 12 May 2017 on HotelsThe condo was dirty. The bad sheet where dirty and un-fresh. The bad mattress had stains. The windows where broken. Terrible customers service. Make sure you really want to go because cancellation is no option. They will never give you your money back. Not very strong WiFi

Our stay st Bella sirena was by far over the top! Loved the condo, the resort pools were excellent! Beach was so pretty. I have nothing. Bad to say about this Resort. The one thing that was a bit annoying, the windows in the master bedroom would not close shut, so at night when the wind would pick up, we got a bit of a breeze inside and the noise. Other than that everything was great!
