Fabulous service! Beautiful clean resort. Great deep sea fishing but make sure it’s not too choppy or take Dramamine!

Beautiful property, clean and amazing from the moment at check in -- all the staff were so nice and very accommodating and willing and ensuring you were looked after even at the pools -- Really loved Jason the Server at Breakfast in the Italian, French Restaurants & Lunch at Dolores. I would definitely return to this resort. The on-site coffee shop was awesome with too many tempting desserts and best hot and iced coffees, what a treat! The only small complaint, if I had to say anything, beach is fine but wish it was bigger. The seaweed was only an issue after big windy storm then cleanup was quick & efficient by staff. Trip was at end of April 2024.

The staff and property were great. They are considerate in catering for the needs of families with lovely daily evening family entertainment. Lots of restaurants to choose from but for Vegans, Kosher and Halal, their needs are not even considered. More than 5 restaurants and not even thinking about a huge market share. The free tours are an absolute waste of time and energy. The tour company a few days ago was only serving water to extremely limited guests on the bus while others were dying from thirst. The temperature was high and air-condition was merely on, people at the back rows near the toilet were not able to breathe. The beach front was not clean so we spend all our time just in the pool.

Beautiful properties and amenities. Concierge was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Butler service was good, but needs to be improved in punctuality!

Not toddler friendly. The Expedia description page has a playground for kids. There is non in reality. So if you travel with a toddler it might be not the best choice. They have 2 shallow pools and one slider for little ones. Kids club and activities are for kids starting from age 4. And kids before age 4 can’t enjoy kids club even under parent supervision. Of course pool was fun but my son wanted to explore and climb and do regular toddler things. If you travel with kids age 4 and up you’ll have a blast!
