Gorgeous resort. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and well kept. Food was tasty. Drinks were perfect.

Amazing vacation spot for families. Not good for honeymoon or romance, but definitely great if you have kids. Food isn't great, but the amenities more than makeup for it.

This property lacks custom service and ADA accommodations. My husband cut his toe pretty bad at the pool on one of the white filters that run along the edge of the pool. Medical came to assist because his bleeding was out of control but they bandaged his toe. My husband was unable to walk and they had to take him to the room in a wheelchair. When I called and asked guest services (Krystal) if they can provide us with a wheelchair or crutches so my husband can get around the property for dinner, they said they did not have one to loan and I had to rent one. That was ridiculous !!! I asked for them to at least have someone pick up my husband in a wheelchair to take us to our dinner reservation. I had to fight with them for a while until they are agreed to do that. After our dinner, we asked the waiter to call them back so they can take us back to the room. After waiting 30 minutes, we left and my husband limped back to the room. By the time we got to the hotel room, my husbands foot was swollen and his toe was profusely bleeding again. Good thing it was our last night there so my husband didn’t have to hop around for the rest of our vacation. The water park is great, lacks activities for kids around the pool area and they need music playing at the pools. And to say the least, customer service was horrible. And For that reason , I will not recommend to anyone or return.

The property was very beautiful. Staff in the check in area, buffet and drink were very courteous. The staff in the spa were rude and during checkin we were given vouchers to use at the spa and when we get to the spa they did not validate the offers.

The room was great and very clean. The pools are excellent and lots for the kids to do. No early check inn possible so don’t get your hopes up when they tell you we may get you in sooner. On arrival they try to sell you all types of stuff and they were very pushy to the point that it ruined my first day. When dinning outside of buffet service was good. When dinning inside of buffet and when at pool side service was very poor. Overall I would rate this resort 7/10.
