The taxi driver tried to charge me 150 to take me back to the resort when it was stated that it was covered when I first bought the voucher…

Like: staff amenities shows Dislike: liquor has been reduced in terms of quality and did not get the full VIP treatment

Excellent stay but the food was horrible but better than other resorts in Mexico.

This was my 3rd time at the property. I've always been preferred, this time I was not checked in at the preferred lounge. The first 2 nights were great, except the beach. Didnt know it was seaweed season. After the 2nd night we started hearing the construction outside of our room. The last day it was terrible and it woke us up. We paid extra for a swim out room. If there was construction they should have not booked guest in that area. I specifically brought my husband here for the Spa. Since I've experienced it twice before. The experience was not as great. As a preferred member we should have received the pre massage by the Hydro Therapy area but we didnt get it. No offer of refreshments that was sitting there. We were rushed through each area to get to our massage. Once we were finished our services (Tony, Oscar and Monica were great) we wanted to sit in the lounge area. But was kicked out. I expressed my concern and got a phone call when we got back to our room. The manager said the floors had chemicals and they didn't want anyone in that areas. Why wasn't that explained when we arrived. Lastly, Jorge and Check out was terrible. On the phone the whole time and just handed me a slip and said "you're done". Another guest and I just looked at each other and shook our heads. Daniel at Oceana was amazing great personality. Erik at the Hibachi was fantastic.

We stayed at Dreams Natura on April 23-26 as a family with our toddler. We had a great time throughout our stay. Check-in: We were offered the ocean view as a VIP. They mentioned something about resort cash/coupon included with the VIP but it was all so unclear. It took a while for them to bring us to our room because there was a lack of communication between the staff. Room: We were in the 5th floor with an ocean view. We loved that it was right next to the elevator. They could not give us a king size so we had 2 double beds. Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable. Food: We thought the VIP room would have something special but the food was ok. There were nice comfy chairs and the AC was great. It's almost always empty so it's a nice quiet cool place to hang out. We tried to grill and the Italian restaurant. Both service were excellent. The food was good. We did not find the pizza and pasta dishes at the Italian restaurant appetizing. We enjoyed the food at the buffet more often. Overall, the resort was nice and it's very close to the airport. Pools are clean and our toddler enjoyed the kiddie pools.
