Hotel is old and clean. Poor dining experience at the hotel's restaurant - waiter is not showing any effort to provide reasonable service

Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

its an old hotel ,no aircondition . people treats well food and breakfast is ok and no more.

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

The rooms were huge as were the bathrooms. Great views of the water especially from the restaurant.
Nice breakfast, friendly staff.
