I had an issue with the location of the hotel as I was on a business trip, and the hotel was not in a good location regarding my needs. I decided to move, but the staff was very acomodating and they tried to help me as much as possible, so I want to sya even though the location didn't suit my needs, service and staff was excelent.

The hotel staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we had an excellent experience in Puerto Gaitán!
