The attendant was a very pleasant lady , as the rest of the crew. I will be back again

they sent someone to clean my room with my permission I got about 1500 pesos on my bed they took it, that’s really disrespectful to me

Teach those desk clerks customer service
Posted 7 May 2023 on HotelsHotel entrance is under construction had to walk thru the gas station and broken floor tiles to get in the hotel. Desk clerk does not seem eager to check in guest too busy on her cell phone talking. She seemed mad because we interrupted her personal call. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Road noise is all night.
