This hotel stay was comfortable with responsive staff. The water pressure was good but the water was mild – not ideal for a winter visit but comfortable and safe. We explored nearby attractions and spent quiet mornings at the near by restaurants and zocalo. The staff was responsive and friendly! The only thing missing was information on the mural and beautiful art throughout the hotel.

The front desk clerk was super sweet! Upon checkout we were able to leave our luggage so we can enjoy our last day in town. The hotel is literally in the center!!!! Loved it! Loved the location!

No elevator. Too noisy. Room supy far behind standard . Staff friendly.

Es un hotel cómodo y agradable! Nos gustó mucho que está muy bien ubicado y que el diseño es muy mexicano. El personal es muy atento y no tuvimos ningún problema.
La única recomendación que haríamos es que agregaran pasadores de cadena a las puertas, para tener un extra de seguridad.
