Local transportation close by that takes you into the city and drops you off near Zocalo ( you’ll have to walk around 3 blocks ) Pesera (# 11)
On the way back, Pesera (# 11) literally drops you off across the street from the hotel.

Reserved a room with two queen beds for us 4 people and we got a room with 1 king bed

It was a very nice experience. Except, I reserved a room for 3 people and there was towels only for 2. I had to request it and it was taking care, but I think it would be better if the number of guests is considered since the beginning

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because I requested a taxi for 6 people with luggage. The taxi that came sat 6 riders, but only enough space for 2 pieces of carry-on sized luggage. We ended up having to wait for a second taxi to arrive, and thus paying for 2 instead of the that was promised.
