Staff couldn't be more helpful, even an upgrade to ensure we had a double bed as opposed to 2 singles pushed together. The Hotel is tired windows dont close, therefore the traffic noise was too loud to sleep and constantly being woken up by car horns beeping from 4 in the morning

This hotel is old. Rooms, bedding towels are old and look dirty. Bathrooms are old and look dirty. The hotel has big lobby, good parking. They have different plans like European plan which doesn't include breakfast and Expedia doesn't mention it. Staff is not quick in resolving issues.

We liked the location. This place is within walking distance to the beach, Arabinda Ashram and White Town.

Comfortable and relaxing

Complementary spa service offered for one. My wife liked the facial. I had a good swim after my drive. The breakfast was really good.

Horrible Stay

My daughter checked in on May 5th and within just a few minutes she was very uncomfortable because the room was smelling, furniture was rusty and old. However given er long journey she decided to just rest for sometime and when she woke up, the air conditioning was not working, there was water everywhere in the room . She then got her room changed and this time the pillow covers were smelling, they were damn, the head board is dirty and the bathroom has rust. since it was too late to change the hotel she stayed back however it was impossible to stay any further. The pool area is dirty, has moss and fungi alongwith a dirty and terrible stench (like the ones from the sewer), and the Spa is also stinking. Having the opportunity of a free spa, she cannot avail of it because no sensible human being will choose to be in a dirty, stinking and almost hazardous to health environment.
