Yo tenía mi reservación llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no les aparecía en el sistema! Yo les di mi confirmación y aún así me decían que en el sistema no salía, el viejo quería cobrarnos otra vez y tenía una actitud horrible, tuvimos que cambiarmos de hotel y todavía no puedo conseguir que me hagan mi reembolso ! 😡😡😡😡

I liked the discounted price, but I did not like the bed bugs that bit me in the middle of the night causing me to only get 2 hours of sleep before going to work

Room was not very clean, hair in tub, sheets didn't look clean. Mattress was very uncomfortable had a large valley. When we checked in we were given the wrong room took two trips back and forth to get our room. Not a pleasant stay.

Roaches in the drawers, dirt in the tub/shower, water would not turn off and ran all night, toilet would not flush, no saftey locks on the room door, reserved 2 queen beds but got one bed and a sleeper sofa for 4 people, no towels or hair dryer...not that it would even matter at this point. Asked for a refund and got $10 off the room...yay, us. I could go on...

Bathtub was damaged, poor repair. Breakfast was late, stale bread, limited fruit. Not enough for the number of guests. Will not stay there again.

ROACHES. INFESTATION would ba an accurate description of what I experienced. Will never again stay there. There’s a nice hotel by the Walmart right down the road. Do yourself a favor and stay there
