We where give a room 241 that had plumbing issues that they know about . The manager.'s attitude about this issue and the payment.

Thank you for your review. We would never intentionally put a guest in a room with a plumbing issue. When it was brought to a team member's attention they offered to move you and your mom to another room. You declined. At check out time you asked to change your method of payment and we obliged, it is unfortunate that the new method declined. We wish you safe travels

Breakfast was great . We had the fireplace suite and it was awesome .
