Bed was awful to sleep on and hot water for shower was limited. Worst Hampton facility I have stayed at. It’s only saving grace was the nice staff.

I really feel the management should instruct cleaning staff to turn ON the A/C and to keep the air going when people check out. Rooms amelled musty because thermostat was set way way high and fan was off (2 rooms, 2 floors). Trust me, you aren’t saving anything by doing that.
Bathroom is good.
Common areas need repair badly.
Elevator needs a tune up (slow, jolting).

We had to check in very late/early in the morning and our front desk check in was very smooth and friendly! Comfortable, clean room for a quick overnight stay.

Good location. Easy access to freeway, BYU, local mall/Target/fast food is within walking distance. Nice complimentary breakfast with friendly staff

I chose this Hampton Inn because it came up while I was searching for dog friendly hotels. It is, hands down, the best dog friendly hotel I have stayed at on my many road trips. The staff Jonathan and Bryan were so nice and extremely accommodating. I had easy access from my car to my room which is so important when bringing in dogs, dog beds, dog food, etc. One of my favorite things about this place is the lovely walking paths that surround it. I liked it so much I have booked to stay for my return trip. Thank you Hampton Inn

Property was good overall, but most surfaces in the room including the floor were sticky. Not sure if it was as the cleaner used, but felt like someone sprayed soda around and didn’t clean it up
