I’m sorry they are nice people but the place is a mess. Dirty and unsafe. People in the restaurant have access to the rooms. No lock in the door. No heating at all. Terrible

The service is excellent. The Manager n staffs are friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Wish there was a shower curtain and shower stand in the bathtub to make it easier for shower.

Très facile à trouver l'hôtel. Jolie cour avec parking. Intérieur de l'hôtel propre, personnel très accueillante et chambre bien et on as très bien dormi. C'était un week-end super.

Excellent accueil . Nous avons passés 2 nuits. Nous avons apprécié de ne pas ressortir le soir en dinant dans le restaurant de l'hôtel.

Bonne situation géographique

Hôtel simple et proche du centre de Provins (environ 1km à pied), place de parking appréciable pour un week-end de Noël où il y a beaucoup de monde. Dîner sur place "Couscous" un bon rapport qualité prix.
