Central Ptown

Fantastic central location for walking about. Only needed to drive when wanted to sightsee otherwise all restaurants, coffee, etc were an easy walk.

The request was for a review on the check in process. To be honest, it was awkward. I stood in the entrance to the restaurant for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The check in, parking and directions to our room were all unclear and rushed.

I am sorry for qualifying as a terrible experience. Not because of the facilities, staff, services, quiet, and cleanliness. It was a rough experience due to some incidents in the room in front of mine during the night, that brought police intervention to break down that door. Probably this type of incident does not happen often at that place however, to be my first stay there it was very freak out for the rest of us who tried to stay calm in our rooms while law forces did their job.

Marly,The medical emergency that occurred on December 26th was a disturbing event for all of us. A registered guest had an episode causing them to lose consciousness and the amazing Provincetown Fire and Medical Rescue team did an amazing job responding to our property. The guest was transported for treatment and I am happy to report is doing well and has returned to their home. The commotion caused was unavoidable as we had to force entry into the guest room for our med rescue team. I can say, gratefully, that this type of incident has happened only twice since we purchased the property in 2017. I am so sorry that your experience was negatively affected but of course I understand. I would like to make it up to you by offering a complimentary stay with us in the future.
