When we first got there our air conditioner wasn’t working but they moved us to another room. What I didn’t like was all the jack hammering they were doing for almost our whole trip. Other than that the property was ok For the price

From the time we got there they brought us cold rags and nice drink check in was fast they took our bags to our room walk us through everything and they all
Was very nice they have e-bikes which was so fun always wanting to ride did that and love it..I will stay here again

The Oasis truly lives up to its name and you will not regret booking your stay. The Oasis is a very modern and beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel to it including the complimentary drinks at check-in, robes in the hotel rooms and free coconuts from the property. The hospitality, friendliness and authenticity are unmatched. All of the staff are extremely kind, helpful, respectful and friendly and they make you feel at home. Victor and Alba were literally like savers and were very accommodating. Best island experience thus far and we did not want to leave!!
The Oasis is extremely safe, cozy and comfortable. Quite honestly you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to as they have everything you need including swimming pools, a delicious restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, massages, free bikes to ride (including electric bikes) and access to a private beach. The Oasis has their own golf carts that transport all guests to and from the beach which has access to free umbrellas, cabanas and lounge chairs adjacent to the property. It is also located in the center of town and within walking distance of a plethora of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The hotel is also located within a few feet of the popular restaurant /lounge Aziza and a casino. This was my first visit to the Oasis but definitely not my last!!! You will not be disappointed!!

I would like the entire staff at oasis at grace bay for one of the most amazing stays I’ve ever had. It hurts me to leave I will miss you all so much. Thank you to the warm welcome and tour we received and the delicious drinks. Thank you to WIDLY for all of the tour and activity recommendations. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The golf cart to grace bay. The amazing service at the on site restaurant. All of my needs were met and more. The staff especially KEMAR went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of! I highly recommend

It’s the best value you’ll ever get and such a great place that’s definitely my place I’ll forever stay when I visit Turks!!!!!!
