The chair leg in room broken. You site says free shuttle they charge you if not at two specific times. The fridge in room was frozen full of ice. 1/4 roll toilet paper asked for extra roll the woman said she would bring it up but never did.$240 room it was not!

Need more dining outlets and entertainment facilities.

Hello this hotel was very bad, no customer service, unable to reach them by phone to book a shuttle. The bathrooms were filthy when asked for a different room, the front desk was not willing to try and give us a new room

This is very interesting. "Filthy," has never been used to describe our property. When I spoke with the agent on duty, I was informed that you needed an upgrade, and none was available. We do hope that youy will come again.

The property was clean and nice. The staff helped with calling taxis, My room was upstairs and there was no staff to help me with it. I had to pay for my breakfast. Staff at lobby need to be more welcoming with new clients. Life is too pricy in Providenciales!!! Jeez!
