Port of Calls was amazing, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had 1 special request for the clear kayak photo shoot, for my birthday and they went above and beyond to ensure it happened. Port of calls is the perfect location and accessible to nightlife, the beach, and nice eating places. The room was nice and clean and staff was available for assistance with any request that we had. Thank you, Port of Calls for such a wonderful stay.

Lovely resort central to the beach, dining, and shopping. We are a family with teens and we walked every where except to the FishFry and a kayak tour. Taxis were readily available those 2 days and were very friendly. Love the location and the staff was very accommodating. There was always a place available to sit by the pool and chaises ready at their section of GraceBay beach. The price point made a dream trip possible for our family. Thank you Ports of Call!

We had a balcony room. Clean. Excellent aircon & fan, very quiet. Fridge in the room. WiFi was great in the room, but not good on the balcony or communal areas. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach or there is a regular transfer available. The hotel provides sunbeds, parasols and towels. Property is wheelchair friendly plus they have a beach wheelchair to get people in and out of the ocean that one of the other guests was using while we were there. The included breakfast was pretty decent - hot choice each day plus pastries / toast / cereal / yogurt / fruit Reception staff are all extremely efficient but maybe not the friendliest people, with a couple of exceptions. There are various restaurants within walking distance, and a supermarket & pharmacy across the road. Shared taxi with other people to/from airport is fixed priced $33 for 2 (cash only) as at May ‘24. Nearest decent snorkelling is Coral Gardens, we went 3x - an hour leisurely walk each way along the beach (don’t walk via the road, use the beach) or we paid $20 one way the one time we took a taxi. I don’t recommend the company that they use for snorkelling trips - book your own

First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!

Very good service. We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, great coffee. Very close to the beach, we didn’t mind walking, service is provided if needed. Staff is very helpful. The gentleman who attends the bar, always takes the time to say hello when we pass by. The pool was never crowded, always able to get a chair by the pool and on the beach. We had no issues on getting clean beach towels, always available at check-in desk. The Mexican Restaurant makes amazing drinks, located in the Villa and Ice Cream shop next door, great too!!

They charge me extra for my kids under 16 because they said in their policy for kids are under 6 only I tried to explain to them that I booked through Expedia but They said they can’t do anything.

I apologize for the confusion but your issue is with Expedia as our agreement with them is that we charge for children over six.

Very nice property. My only complaint was cleaning of the room. Had to keep asking for towels even after they cleaned the room no fresh towels were left even though we left the dirty towels on the floor like requested. Very strange.
