First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!

Very good service. We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, great coffee. Very close to the beach, we didn’t mind walking, service is provided if needed. Staff is very helpful. The gentleman who attends the bar, always takes the time to say hello when we pass by. The pool was never crowded, always able to get a chair by the pool and on the beach. We had no issues on getting clean beach towels, always available at check-in desk. The Mexican Restaurant makes amazing drinks, located in the Villa and Ice Cream shop next door, great too!!

They charge me extra for my kids under 16 because they said in their policy for kids are under 6 only I tried to explain to them that I booked through Expedia but They said they can’t do anything.

I apologize for the confusion but your issue is with Expedia as our agreement with them is that we charge for children over six.

Very nice property. My only complaint was cleaning of the room. Had to keep asking for towels even after they cleaned the room no fresh towels were left even though we left the dirty towels on the floor like requested. Very strange.

The property is in a convenient location, that is walkable to various restaurants and the beach.

This was our first time at Turks and Caicos. I went with my two children and with my sister and her daughter. I booked the rooms on separate days and made sure I called ahead of time to have our rooms right next to each other so I can help her out with her baby. They told me they will make a note and make sure that happens. The day we got to the hotel I was told they won’t be able to do that and the manager told me that it was impossible that they said that to me and asked me the dates I called so she can check if I’m telling the truth. We were exhausted, we’ve been traveling for 9 hrs our flight was a connecting flight and was delayed for two hours and didn’t really wanna have to deal with this. It took a lot of back and forth and in the end they couldn’t accommodate us. The next day, we needed towels for the pool and they ran out (we’re in Turks and Caicos!!!!!) there were so many people waiting to grab beach/pool towels. It took quite a while. I ask if I can get 3 for me and my two kids and they told me it’s one towel per room!!! It took about 3-5 mins of back and forth for them to finally give me two more towels. Then I told them how we’re on vacation and how inconvenient everything was. As I walk away the concierge said under his breath “I know” and smiled sarcastically. I went back and I told him I heard him and he said that he didn’t say anything. In addition to the poor customer service, the room cleaning was poor. They did not replace the hand and floor towels.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay but you were told that one of the room types you selected was not available on the requested ground floor. You apparently then decided that you would take the room on the ground floor and send your sister who had the baby in the room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately you have not been able to provide the name of who you apparently spoke to after your initial booking that said you could have the two rooms next to each other as all our calls are recorded and we could have investigated.Regardless, although we do try to meet all guests requests re room placement we do not guarantee such, especially when we are at full capacity as we were at the time of your stay.We did run low on beach towels for a 3 day period while we repaired our broken laundry machine but all guests were provided towels and certainly no one ever stated we only provide one towel per person.Our records do show that your room was cleaned each day. Yes it is possible that you were shortchanged a towel during one of the cleans. When this does happen guests generally just phone the Front Desk and we have them delivered to the room immediately.I can not comment on the apparent sarcastic smile of one of our Front Desk. As you will see from the other reviews, the majority of guests feel our customer service and cleaning is excellent.The above said we will take steps to ensure that in the future no one, other than the Reservations Staff deals with guests re room change requests to avoid similar issues..

Liked the quaintness of this property., ease of access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Would defiantly choose this resort over the larger, pricier ones.
