We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests.
The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap.

We loved this property. It was charming, immaculately clean, and only a few minutes walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. The property manager, Ariel, was kind and helpful. He also provided freshly baked croissants and coffee each morning by the pool. There is construction going on which is noisy, which will be going on for some time. We can’t wait to go back!

The Grace Bay Inn was wonderful. Very close to town and the Grace Bay beach. The Coffee and Croissants each morning by the pool made it even better. We had a great time and would go back again.

We love the Inn at Grace Bay. Although not directly on the beach, the beach is within walking distance with beach amenities included. Location makes it easy to walk to many dining options. Both of our stays at Inn at Grace Bay have been clean, quiet, and relaxing. Ariel is a wonderful host.

Clean and comfortable. Great value for the area. That said, it does not have the amenities of a resort. The beach is 3 minutes walk. Beautiful beach with no facilities. You must walk 7-10 minutes in either direction on beach for beautiful beach bars-restaurant. The Deck at Seven Seas or Hemmingways at the Sands. Both have great food and drinks. But it does cost double to stay at those resorts. So Inn at Grace bay is more affordable and out on the street there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within 2-10 minutes walk depending where you want to go. Also note that they have a building under construction by beach one looks to have rest rooms the other not sure what it is. So maybe in future they will at least be bathrooms at beach.
