I was disappointed with my stay. I was checked in by a cleaner - meaning I was not provided enough details for my stay such as breakfast time which I missed. It was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as they speak very little English although it seemed that they were really trying. None of the spa services was were available during my stay. They also need to adjust their toilet seats especially for shorter people like me, my feet was basically hanging while sitting on the toilet.

The hotel is also the site of a fish restaurant, massage and spa! The rooms are a little dated and mine didn't have air conditioning, but having said that the room was large and kept cool. I arrived a day late and the staff allowed me to switch without charge - many thanks m

First of all the staff. I have been traveling many many places and I have never ever meet so nice staff in my life. The owner, cafe and reception staff. Top class!
The massage and spa was amazing and the location is perfect. Large rooms with good showers
