Hotel staff is excellent!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and they have a ton of information to share. Everything from ferry times, transportation, parking in other areas, etc. Simply ask and they will guide you! There’s a shuttle service provided by hotel to take you into the city and it’s really convenient for dining and excursion options.
View from hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are a little outdated and run down, but clean. We were able to overlook that (especially grout in bathroom, etc) because staff was so helpful.
Pool is small, dining option is limited but it’s a convenient location if visiting Sorrento, Capri or Positano.

It is a great property looking over beautiful Amalfi coast. Free shuttle to and from Sorrento makes it very easy to commute. Breakfast is so so nothing really special. Staff is very very helpful and friendly. Balcony makes the stay really nice

It is a lovely hotel with fantastic views over the bay.
The stuff was fantastic-,kind and caring.
Room was a bit small and the partial sea view did not really show any sea. But we could enjoy fantastic views during the dinner.
But the hitel is far away from central Sorrento, and though they run a shuttle bus, it often was inconvenient . The taxis cost there a fortune- a unreal rip
Off. And we regretted that we had hang board. The food for half board dinners was like in a state school- awful. It was much better to take it from the main menu which was eatable.

Hotel was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, yet you can easily take the hotel shuttle into town. Beautiful views.

Only disappointment was not allowing us to eat outside when we booked based on pictures of eating outside not in the cold dinning room.

Shuttle bus to Sorrento is very easy (can get busy on the last trips back).
Hotel has good facilities sun deck and good sized pool for those relaxing days
