The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the door frame had been broken so it didn't lock fully. One block away was a man sitting in his car clearly drugged out - unconscious, maybe even overdosed. We had planned to stay 2 nights, but left after the first night. We would appreciate having the charge for the second night refunded to us.

Need to do a better job cleaning. Found dust balls in the corners under the bathroom sink area. Saw a hair in the bathtub when I got into the room. Key cards kept on resetting so I had to have them re-programmed 4 times. I didn’t keep them next to a cell phone so no reason why they should stop working. Continental breakfast was lame!!! No hot food and only prepackaged items.

Bad Motel changing name and company and not lighted sign to see it at night. Safety door side motel broken.
