The bed were not as comfortable as other holiday inn express I have stayed in.

No public transportation, you cannot get Uber or Lyft! Very inconvenient.

The staff was able to accommodate the handicapped couple we traveled with which was a huge help. They went out of their way to assist and even helped load their luggage when leaving. The front desk and food service was the best. It was even announced when the cinnamon rolls were put out. Very enjoyable stay.
