After checking in I waited over an hour for a bath tub plug. Eventually I was told to switch rooms and they were upgrading me for free to a jacuzzi suite……..in which the jacuzzi tub did not work. Entire hotel is dingy, drains did not drain nicely, carpets were dirty in both rooms I was in, and upon checking in at about 6pm there was at least 8 large black bags of garbage sitting in the hall of the 3rd floor. Parking lot to get into this dirty hotel was beyond ready to damage one’s vehicle with huge pothole. Hotel online portrays to be a new hotel which it is far from! Would not recommend not even for a reduced room rate! Would love to see a refund honestly.
