False Advertising
Posted 27 Mar 2018 on HotelsThis hotel was very unaccommodating. When we first arrived, the staff told us we needed to stay a night to receive their breakfast. Okay that's fair - However, the next morning, they then claimed we needed to book breakfast a ridiculous time in advance just to get a simple breakfast. Come on now... you're a hotel not a 5 star restaurant. We shouldn't need reservations. Also they have a large "SAUNA" sign in the front yet you have to pay for it and reserve a 10 minute time slot 48 hours in advance. Are you serious??? No wonder we didn't see anyone using it the entire time we were there. The location was great and San Martino is amazing but there are many other options which are probably (definitely) more accommodating.

We are glad that you spent a good time in San Martino di Castrozza.
We are sorry for the misunderstanding, we are not an hotel but a residence. Brekfast is a service on request, that need to be prepaired according to the number of people having breakfast, since it is not a buffet.
Sauna is also an extra service, that works on request, for this reason we need a reservation on the day before, in order to prepair it warm enough.

Great location but an average property
Posted 7 Jan 2018 on HotelsGreat resort and really great breakfast, but the property was very basic and not very well maintained. Heating was on or off and the knobs were stuck, so first night was pretty hot, before I figured a way. Hot water in the kitchenette was unreliable, sometimes hot sometimes cold. Advertised free parking was not available when we arrived, so we had to settle for paid parking. Wifi signal was good but bandwith low. And the only schedule which works in Italy is when they -
for whatever reason - need to lock the fitness in this hotel at 8 pm. Yes and self cleaning, so as clean as you clean yourself...

A very pleasant stay.
Posted 27 Jul 2016 on HotelsWe had two apartments, one was recently remodeled and had a balcony but no view. The other was very dated but big and confortable with a spectacular huge terrace and almost 365 degree view of the mountains. The pool and ping pong table made the children very happy.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, personale molto cortese, stanze seppur piccole complete di tutto il necessario e pulite, purtroppo non sono assolutamente insonorizzate e si sentivano anche i cigoli del letto al piano di sopra, altro punto a sfavore i cuscini, tanto sottili che sembrava di non averli ( consiglio di portarsi i propri da casa se volete dormire bene ). Piscina interna e vari passatempo inclusi nel prezzo, per chi non volesse usufruire del parcheggio a pagamento del residence ci sono parcheggi gratuiti proprio difronte.
