The front desk was incredible sweet, politely informed us of the heater core in the swimming pool was being maintainced but she was still letting guests swim at their own risk. Which I wish we wouldve taken advantage of. The rooms were cleaned but there was a damp smell when you walked into the room. Other than that l, the breakfast was good, I enjoyed the bagels.

The room smelled and felt damp. The bathrooms ceiling was dirty and looked damaged. The carpet felt dirty.

This place cost as much as the local Courtyard and Double tree but the pool is always closed and the gym is under “renovation” it’s about $40 over priced without those amenities. It is clean and convenient but I won’t be back without confirming it’s fully functional.

We chose the hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was closed. We were not told of the closed pool when making the reservation. The facility is no better than the Days Inn across the street without the pool.

The young woman at the front desk when we arrived was amazing. She was very personable and kind. She is definitely a keeper!!

The shower nozzle broke off and flooded the room. The next room they put us in had a broken toilet. The doors needed to be painted. The leather was coming off the chair. The whole place needed repairs.
