I was charged for 3 nights instead of one!!
Receptionist refused to do early check in for me.
Tirana Airport Hotel is a much better option.

The hotel was very comfortable and close to the airport. While the hotel was difficult to reach by phone, my in person experience was excellent.

THERE IS NOTHING REALLY THERE. THE WEBSITE SAYS THE HOTEL IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE HOTEL BUT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO TAKE A SHUTTLE. DUE TO MEDICAL EMERGENCY I HAD TO LEAVE ONE DAY ERLIER THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MONEY

The room was clean and nice. However - after several messages confirming shuttle pick up for a late night airport pickup for single female - no one came. Waited outside in dark for over 45 minutes. No one would answer the phone listed for the hotel front desk. And no explanation was given. Had to get a cab. There is no drinkable water unless you pay for it. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Not a great experience.

Super close to airport and great property which very much caters to the german population. Would like it easiet to contact the front desk. Overall very nice property and we will be back.
