Not much! If you walked much in the room or bathroom, your white socks turned gray. Didn't care much to find hair on the bathroom floor.... that was our 2nd room. The 1st room had a nonworking tv; so we were moved to a dirty room. The breakfast was a diabetic nightmare!!! Only protein we found was old peanutbutter and it took at least 5 minutes of stirring to to incorporate the oil into it that was lying on top of it. A gentleman was looking all over for some milk.... container was empty. Front desk person was found on the 3rd floor talking to employees and I told her about the "no milk" situation and she scurried away. The establishment is a very sad situation and over-priced. We will not be returning.

Safe,clean,Friendly environment. Highly recommend. This will be my go to place each year when we visit family.

Very clean, overall very good. Some of the front desk staff not helpful. But my checkin was with a great lady that understood my requests and knew the area.

Only one night stand. Only one of us had a nightstand to put our glasses, phone and CPAP machine on. Door to bathroom dragged on the floor…hard to close.

No heat. Hidden behind Comfort Inn with old Brookfield Inn large sign parking lot. Found last guest’s key card on floor - good vacuuming job.

The staff was nice! They only had one key card machine. It broke so for four days I had to be escorted to and from my room. Corporate told the staff they were in no hurry to fix it and would send a replacement machine next week. The room for old and dirty and the couch in my upgraded suite had some huge fluid stain so I couldn’t use it. The vanity in the suite bathroom was too small for a single person’s toiletries

We are sorry we did not match up to your expectations. As for the key card machine, I do not know where you got that Corporate was in no hurry to fix it. We had to send it to a repair shop to be fixed. We received a newer one the next week. We have a new sign coming it just hasn't gotten here yet.

Broken window, toilet that wouldn’t flush, ants all over the room, cigarette burns on the bedding, mold on ceiling, key card machine was broken so someone from the front desk had to let everyone in their rooms.
