I would have never booked this hotel if they would have listed that there elevator was broke. Walking up 3 flights of stairs with luggage wasn’t a good time. The air conditioning barely worked. The beds were so hard.

So sorry that you had a bad experience. We are having a new elevator installed. Fortunately we only have 3 floors. We offer to bring all luggage up and down the stairs for guest. We also have first floor rooms that don't require any stair climbing. We have a brand new state of the art AC unit and our maintenance department is busy checking all rooms to ensure that each room is properly cooled. Property is nice, would stay again. Onky complaint was the ac wasnt working so room wouldnt get cooler then 71deg.

Nice restaurant. Hotel, good location, dingy and needed to be furbished on the first floor rooms.

Staff was super friendly and helpfull.
Done was not closed at arrival to room. Employee confirmed that everything was ok.
Bathroom had washclothe from someone. beds were uncomfortable and hard.
