I chose this hotel pretty much at random. The grounds are very well maintained. The room was very clean. The best thing about this hotel is the professionalism of the staff! They were friendly and helpfull.

worst night sleep in a long time

As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot room without the heat on, no AC. The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this hotel are paid since it's shocking to see the high rating!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and we appreciated the help and advice the staff gave us. We were able to know more about what to visit in Venice and where to go to fully enjoy the city. The breakfast was fantastic and loved the options they had; the ladies in the dining area were very attentive to our needs. The place, overall, is great and is very quiet. We will likely stay here again in the future as we loved the feel we experienced as if we were locals in the area!

Posted 27 Apr 2023 on HotelsFantastic! We were just there one night, but would love to go back. The staff were wonderful …. VERY HELPFUL ( especially the lady, Romena, at the reception desk.) The breakfast was delicious & hosted in a very lovely dining room.

The hotel was really nice, the staff, especially Ciara, was wonderful! I don’t recommend eating dinner there, very expensive and disappointing.
