checkin process, reservation system error
Posted 12 Sep 2023 on HotelsHotel's facilities are perfect, which is room and resturant, pool, garden.
But check in process has big problem.
it is not a first time for me. two month ago when I visited here was similar. at that time, hotel couldnt find my reservation, and this time my room was not allocated. it looks your, hotels.com, problem, not Hyatt.
and my friend visit here together with me also has problem which cannot find his reservation.

Not worth it for the money
Posted 15 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe bed was not good. The stuff in the restaurant and reception were nice, but in the SPA and the rest of the hotel not friendly. Tha pool in the SPA was cold and half of the facilitys did not work. This is second time we se that in the hotel.
There was a unpleasant smell in the SPA as well.
The food was really good.

I lovers the lake v from room balcony, the tasty food , the land scape ,the staff helping ,the indoor swimming pool,
I didn’t like the massage treatment.
Above all the hospitality was high level .

Beautiful area, clean and quiet. Didn't know in advance that outdoor pool is not included in the price. Also beverages at dinner (even water) has extra charge.

Sauna and Spa facilities need to be maintained, over half were closed down.
