The check-in was very slow. Was at the lobby for a long time before we could get our rooms. The access cards kept giving problems. Over my stay of 5 days, we had to go to the lobby counter countless of times to reconfigurate our access cards which couldnt open the hotel doors.

Staff members were courteous however was not very on top of helping when there was an actual issue. This issue being the noise of kids running up and down the hallway early morning and in the evening, and also people screaming and banging upstairs.

Over all, our stay with Amari was great. It was close to everything. Shopping, dining, and anywhere you want to go. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices. I would come back again here to stay.
