I wish check in was more organized. We had to wait at the front door someone to let us in. Otherwise, property is beautiful and it’s in a great location

Great location for walking to most major sites. Bus lines literally around the corner for easy transportation options.

The property itself was very nice but a bit confusing to find. Luckily the staff was very responsive but you need cellular reception to contact the staff to be let in

There was a lack of communication upon check-in and check out. You don’t actually interact with a real person. It’s all on WhatsApp, which is fine if you’re clearly communicating the process, but it wasn’t well communicated. Also, there wasn’t even a clean blanket for the bed there was only a sheet and a dirty blanket in the closet with hair and stains on it.
Great location on the river and for Vatican City which is why we booked but would never go back.

Excellent location. Very nice part of the city. Clean room with a comfortable bed. We never met the staff in person but they were very helpful. Super neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to historic venues. If you are ok with self check in and don't have a car, I would highly recommend. We would stay here again. An excellent value.
