This was my second time staying at the hotel. We were to stay 3 nights, however our flight from S. Filipe was cancelled therefore we missed or first night, we requested a refund of the first night since flight cancellation was no fault of ours, however it wasn’t honored, was disappointed with that, however, the stay was nice, staff were friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lunch was superb.

Cleanliness of the room was the only fault. Otherwise the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was very very good. Breakfast buffet very good too

Staff was incredible. Becky, Carlos, Silvana, Mr. Lopes our housekeeper Maria and the entire staff made the trip. They took care of everything we needed. This is the only place to stay in Praia.
