Had issue wit clothing iron a hotel with 702 rooms only had one iron that got lost for a few days when I had the need of it

Hotel VIP Praia is great location on the ocean with a beautiful rooftop pool & relaxing area!
The buffet breakfast was good.
We only had dinner in the restaurant once and it was not very good, was supposed to be pork tenderloin, was dried out bone in pork chops.
There were some good restaurants in the are & shopping right door!
The staff was helpful in most areas.
Except downstairs bar/restaurant seemed understaffed.
Overall great stay!!

Beautiful clean modern rooms - hot water didn’t work and was quite difficult to find outlet to charge my phone …
Young man that checked me in was nice and pleasant - I forgot my passport and he saved it for me

Outstanding hotel service. All of the emloyees where outstanding beautiful view on roof top of city with pool and jacuzzy. The full bar was good as well. Free breakfast was delicious.

We were treated as well as one should. The staff were friendly, professional and so accommodating. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
