Like other reviews said, they can't seem to handle the basics. Arrived around noon, was told checkin was at 2pm. Came back at 2pm, but had to wait 30 minutes. Others were waiting much longer and every time Iv was in the lobby there were many people waiting that didn't look very happy. This hotel has potential, but not with the current management.

The hotel made me pay for the reservation twice and I still haven't received my refund. They did not seem to care much about my experience. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable.
