Wonderful hotel, right in the center of Prague,next to the river. Everything is within walking distance.

Lovely hotel in fantastic central location near main attractions. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. No complaints, really enjoyed my three night stay.

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc.
Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver.
I will be staying here again.

The hotel has a prime and great location by the Charles Bridge. The staff are lovely and very helpful.
Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed.

This property is beautiful and perfectly situated close to the Charles Bridge. The staff is amazing. Our suite was so pretty with an amazing view of the river. Perfect in every way!

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Rarely, very rarely, do we have such genuine, warm personal relationships with a hotel team. That comes from leadership. We were treated like family and embraced. Great property, location, and people. Bravo!
