Hotel was disappointing. Our room was worn and smelled. We chose a triple room but third bed as a couch with the back cushions taken off. Two beds had one thin blanket and pillow. Other bed was bare.

Thank you for your visit, but I disagree with your review. After all, the reviews of other guests prove the opposite ... The rooms are equipped as standard according to the international classification for 3*. You chose a triple room for 2 people, so logically 2 beds were made. We even offered you to choose another i.e. classic double room. You said you don't care. So I don't understand why you were disappointed. I wish you a nice day.

Posted 30 Aug 2023 on HotelsGenerally Average to Good but I saw the advertised hotel with photos of a pool but in reality this was not the case. It’s not major as I should of studied the small print. Also you have to pay extra for pancakes which I thought should of come with breakfast. BUT overall it was a nice stay so thank you to the receptionist and breakfast team.

Thank you for your stay and good review. As for the photos, some also show the surroundings of the hotel, this is stated in the description. We have a rich breakfast, but crepes, unfortunately, are not included. They are prepared only at the guests' request for a fee. We are glad that you felt comfortable with us. Posted 25 Mar 2020 on Hotels24 hour check-in. Woman was wonderful at the very late check-in. GREAT breakfast. Elevator was helpful. I LOVED the very large room. Nice clean bathroom Parking directly out font. Good Wifi. The staff were very nice. I would stay here again, very nice property. Dan
