They just didnt have english breakfast tea. Requested at reception they said they would send up to room but nothing. Also, room service did not top up English breakfast tea.

Good value, minor flaws

Comfortable and clean, good value, but no money has been spent on repairing minor superficial damage (not to the level I'd expect of a 4 star hotel). Sauna was also closed or not well sign-posted, no info supplied on this.
