I loved it at Botanique. The property is literally over the road from the Florenc metro station, making it really convenient to get around Prague. It is also very walkable to Old Town, if you don’t want to use public transport.
All of the staff I interacted with were wonderful, and helpful with all of the questions I had about the hotel and Prague itself.
The breakfasts were vast and had a HUGE range of options, and not the same each day so you didn’t get breakfast fatigue.
The only issue I had while here is that the room I was in hadn’t had its bin emptied on my arrival but this was soon rectified when I told reception.
If I revisit Prague, Botanique Hotel is high on my list of hotels to book with.

Hotel was very good nice rooms and communal areas. Room cleaning was quite late resulting in room not being cleaned when we returned to the hotel after 4 pm on two occasions. Hotel was just outside the nicer areas of Prague.

Great location as there is a metro and tram station opposite. Also there are a couple of supermarkets nearby for odds and ends. Great selection for breakfast and ate in the bistro a couple of times and food was good.
Only negative was that room was very warm even with window open and air con so not sure what it would be like when weather is warmer.

I'm happy to be going back to the hotel again which I really enjoyed their hospitality. Friendly, helpful and pleasant service from the reception and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel is near to both the main bus station and trains station. Dining and shopping option is convenient and walkable distance to the old town square.

Honestly it was hard to fault this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. There is a large nicely laid out restaurant and bar that had an excellent full buffet breakfast in the morning. And the breakfast was a very cheap addition considering how much was on offer and compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast also started at 6:30 which was a great help as i had a 7:30 bus to catch. Everything was clean, and the room was very large with a good, comfortable bed and large bathroom. The only fault i had was the toilet dripped a bit and the sink drain was clogged so soap and shaving debris caked the sink. The location was also excellent for me as it is right across from Florenc metro station and a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal. It is also only a 15-20 minute walk into the main tourist area. Well worth the price.
