Buffet breakfast is very good.
Location biggest asset.
Staff were helpful when asked questions but there is an opportunity to be more proactivly engaging by for example asking " is this your first time to Prague?" and then providing some appropriate advice. Many guests are probably over 65 many may not know when they arrive that they can ride on the public transportation for free. If you mentioned that and provided basic information on how to best use it would make clients very appreciative.

Japanese station are the only english channels on tv, adding at least BBC or CNN would be an improvement.
Exit from the bathroom had a toe stubbing and falls danger door sill that should be "ramped".
Access to electric outlets is poor for connecting charging devices.
Hall and interior carpets appear to be getting near there useful life.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unexpected room upgrade. Our room was a lot bigger than I'm used to in Europe and it even came with a sauna! The room decor was quite impressive and the bottle of chilled champagne was a nice touch. To add to that, the complimentary items in the mini fridge was over the top. Very nice! If there's one thing that i can nit-pick about the room, it's the slight odor that comes from the toilet. We're guessing that it's due to the building and sewer system being so old. Other than that, the room was perfect.
The breakfast on the second floor was decent and the service staff was nice enough.
