Great stay but room could be cleaner

The staff were great but the room was not sufficiently clean and there was a poor smell which likely came from the bathroom sewage. The bathtub was also quite dirty. Overall the location was great and I would probably stay again but would appreciate a cleaner room

Fun stay at the NH Poznan city centre hotel. Room 202 was spacious and comfortable and I'd stay again for sure. The service and general ambiance of the hotel was friendly & relaxing. Note to hotel however the toilet in my room continued to flush for a considerable amount of time once flushed so somethings not quite right with the mechanism and there was a faint smell emanating from the bathroom that reminded me of something like garlic - do the drains need looking at?

Perfect location. Fine premium hotel though we found the rooms on the small size. Wonderful staff.

Bardzo lubię hotel NH za śniadania i tym razem się również nie zawiodłem. Duży plus za sezonowe owoce - były borówki, czerwone porzeczki i truskawki a nie tylko standardowe jablka i banany jak to bywa w innych hotelach. W pokojach zlokalizowanych przy klatce schodowej niestety jest głośno ze względu na to że hałas się roznosi z wszystkich pięter z dodatkowym echem. W łazience pozostałości włosów na podlodze. Poza tym czysto. Kapcie w pokoju na dodatkowe życzenie.

The streets around the hotel is completely under renovation and there’s so much dust. After you come back from outside your clothes and shoes are dirty and you need to be careful stepping into the room.

Disappointing

First room, fridge didn't work. Was given another room, heating didn't work. Third room, everything worked but noisy, could hear next door neighbour talking. Could also hear people walking upstairs. Not recommended for light sleepers.

perfect stay in Poznan

Nice and clean hotel in good location. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was varied. Highly recommend this hotel.
