Michael, the owner was great but the property was not well maintained. The room was okay, minus some spiders and bugs. The surrounding "RV/Mobile Home" area was trashy.
We understand that the place might be going up for sale and the family is very busy, but the location could only be rated as "Having portential"

Close to the water,reasonable distance to town, staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well equipped, but not having air-conditioning is completely unacceptable. Further, the people in the room beside us were sitting outside our window from 5 am until 7 am drinking and smoking. Again, not acceptable!
