Staff were very friendly. Room was quiet and fairly clean. There was definitely an issue with the hot water and the drain in my shower. It took about six minutes of running the water (at 5AM) to get any hot water. Also, the shower drain was very clogged ( and yes, I did figure out how to open/shut the drain.) The bathtub filled with cold water as I ran the shower waiting to get any warm water to come through.

Nice Hotel, good parking, clean. Breakfast was okay. Low water pressure in the shower was our only complaint.

I had to get my family up and out of bed at 630 am, and leave when I realized there were bed bugs in our room. We got in late the night before, and I forgot to inspect things. The front desk told me a manager would be in touch with me as soon as they arrived for the day, and nobody ever called. I had to spend a day of our vacation laundering all of our clothes as well as throwing out our pillows that we had brought with us. Really shocked that the manager couldn’t even take the time to call us back as at this point it’s been well over 12 hours. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
